I've lived here for 8 months now. I'm pretty happy living here. I had a few concerns when I first moved in, but everything was addressed and corrected immediately. Office staff is pleasant, maintenance is prompt and courteous, and the grounds are kept up.
My only disappointment is that I decided to move into the one bedroom because of it being rather large. I didn't find out until this winter that the downstairs is not livable due to the cold. I used a space heater at first but my electric bill tripled. Its unfortunate to pay for space you are unable to use.
If geese bother you, don't move by the pond! I enjoyed summer on the patio watching the geese, but neighbors have complained to me about how loud the geese can be and the feces everywhere.
I'd recommend for others to move here even though I don't have plans to renew my lease due to the downstairs freezing in the winter.
