The PA and nursing staff seemed knowledgeable, however, we've been scooted out so quickly each time that I'm not entirely sure. My son has been cast by the same cast tech twice (two casts). She was friendly the first time, but then appeared to be agitated with him every other time. And blamed him for having to recast him when he didn't really move at all. After the first day of the poorly done cast, we were just told to put duct tape on it since it was falling apart (after 6 hours of it being on him). On top of that, when she removed his cast, she cut his arm, which is nearly impossible with that machine. But again, blamed him and was unable to take any responsibility or apologize. My son has broken bones before and we've had this experience before, so I'm aware of the procedures. Based on the aforementioned, I would not recommend this office for casting. I cannot speak for other areas of the clinic.
