Unfortunately I had a negative experience with Raimonda. I felt like she didn't listen to what I was asking her to do, but was more focused on telling me my hair was a mess and it would take her many phases to get it right. She did full highlights on my hair, but it actually looks as if it is just one color. I had a horrible zebra stripe on the side of my head exactly where I explained to her that I part my hair. And I showed her a picture of a girl with many layers, I wanted many layers but wanted the original length to stay longer and side bangs. I got none of it. I left the salon and cried. Called her over 5 TIMES to fix my hair especially that hideous zebra stripe. I finally was able to see her 3 weeks after my original hair appt. When I explained to her how I've been trying to get my hair fixed, she basically refused saying my roots have already grown since its been 3 weeks and she wont do my hair for free. When I asked her about the layers, she said she gave me enough layers and again she will not cut my hair for free. She at least fixed the zebra stripe, well more like her sister fixed it. I felt very unheard and a bit disrespected. Her customer service was very disappointing. I paid over $200 for hair that I hate. I was at least thankful she fixed the zebra stripe and her sister was a lot nicer and actually tried to engage me in conversation.
