I just called to cancel the appointment for 90 mins massage for my husband at "Massage Envy" in West Bloomfield location. The appointment is couple hours away, but he has an emergency case that he has to take care. I know that they have a cancellation policy, but I have to call and let them know his situation and hope a bit that they understand and allow us to do a makeup appointment.

However thing is apposite, a woman named Paige answered the phone. With no sympathy with the situation, she said "we are going to charge you 50% of the total price and I need to let you know that. Thank you and good bye."

I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO MASSAGE ENVY AGAIN!!
